This is the class used for highlighting code blocks with HTML. It is really a mess and all in one gigantic header.
Credits
It is based off of a post by Asp Guy on Experts Exchange? (www.experts-exchange.com) a long time ago that was originally in visual basic. This version by Ryan Norton has a boatload more features and is optimized.
