Only Current Revision In Edit Field

When editing any revision of a page the markup in the edit field is always that of the current one

Here is an example:
Note: This behavior might change if someone edits the Sand Box.

Can anyone reproduce this bug?

I am using Opera and I am not logged in. Still I suppose this is not supposed to work this way. Any other wiki shows the markup of the selected revision.

Old Discussion from Q And A

Q: How do you restore a page to a previous revision? For example right now the page Wiki Black List has been spammed. I wanted to revert the change but at http://www.wikiserver.org:82/EditPage?page=WikiBlackList&rev=1 it shows me the Wiki Markup? of revision 2 (the spam)! Is this a bug? I cannot find a 'revert' or 'undo' link either. To me it looks that eiter I have missed something very basic, or a serious feature is missing. -- Don Redman

A: well, yes, it had me confused for a while too. As an admin, one can ALWAYS change/revert it back, ofcourse, by copy/paste or renaming the file. This is of no great help for a webuser who wants to revert, however. The proper way of action for those is, not to go to 'diff', but to 'revisions' (you yourself said it was about a revision, after all). On that page, you can chose for 'view' and then 'edit' and save it as it is. this will make that particular revision be put back online as the current one, overwriting passed crap.

About the exact numbering; I will look closer at this. Could be, it's just some issue with the fact that I've deleted/changed some stuff serverside, perhaps... --NB

But the problem is it does not do this to me. I have tried exactly what you said:
Is this a bug? --Don Redman?
